no lil wayne is his own brand. if you post a picture of wayne on a tee and sell it without his permission you can go to court cant you?

It's not illegal lol, it would be illegal if he stole copyrighted wayne picture/design from internet and made a tshirt based on it..
but it's not illegal if he makes the design himself or if he uses some pictures from internet that are not copyrighted.

As soon as media or whoever releases a picture it become public and you can do whatever with it..

You post a picture of facebook and that's it, that's not your picture, that's facebook picture. And people can download it and make tshirt based on your picture. It's same with lil wayne.


Plus he can make tshirts with wayne pic and text LilWayneHQ or something like that, that's enough to pull it off as your own design and avoid copyright issues.
