I was looking simmilar to you on the 6th and 7th pic but then I got sick for 2 weeks and after that like I lost my motivation and became a lazy mf and now its been nearly 5 months since my last workout and I lost all my gains but I was planning to start again soon and this thread motivated me so thx brah for the motivation and keep it up hope you gon achieve your goals, im gonna start again from MayLast edited by WeezySVK; 04-23-2016, 03:05 PM....

I eat a lot of chicken, reindeer heart, bulls, reindeer meat, salmon etc.
Also alot of vegetables and fruits such as broccoli, carrots, corn, grape fruit, bananas.
Also yoghurt and porrige.
I eat atleast like 6 times a day. I probably eat more than that, i dont really keep count.
I dont eat potatoes or rice or anything that includes a shit ton of carbs, im trying to cut down on the carbs.
I try to keep my cheatmeals once per week, but lately my cheat meals have been turning into cheat weekends. Will get my shit together from now since im cutting.
