I eat a lot of chicken, reindeer heart, bulls, reindeer meat, salmon etc.
Also alot of vegetables and fruits such as broccoli, carrots, corn, grape fruit, bananas.
Also yoghurt and porrige.
I eat atleast like 6 times a day. I probably eat more than that, i dont really keep count.
I dont eat potatoes or rice or anything that includes a shit ton of carbs, im trying to cut down on the carbs.
I try to keep my cheatmeals once per week, but lately my cheat meals have been turning into cheat weekends. Will get my shit together from now since im cutting.
I dont do protein powder, creatine, weight gainers no nothing. it causes pimples and shit like that.

I used to skip leg day because i got stretch marks on my ass after working out a couple of months.

and one day when you get older you will lose motivation to lift and then you will just go fat
impossible..
Im going to be a carpenter, which means even if I lose motivation I will still be in physical activities 8 hours or more a day.
I will never ever go fat.
And since carpenting requiers alot of strength I will probably not lose much muscle either if that day ever comes.
