An omega likes to be independent.
He can have friends and close acquaintences but likes to accomplish things on his own.
He is not a leader but does not need one either.

The difference between an omega and an alpha is that an alpha needs assistance of his group
and an omega doesnt.

They are both very effective in accomplishing goals though, so they are two sides of the same coin.

I dont do maxes anymore
those are fucking dangerous, its so easy to get injured by those.

I once did deadlifts and did my max and fucked up my form and i couldnt lift properly for 3 weeks.
