Just spawn changes overall. They migrate every 3 days or so around my area.

And i'll probably just keep collecting stardust & candies to max out my pokemon's CP & have enough candies to evolve the 2 Gen evolutions.

The CP caps at lvl 30. So save up all stardust to lvl 30 so when they max out they are fully buffed. Then shoot for IV/Movesets to have a perfect Pokémon.

They don't hatch unless you got the egg in another country.
