you should be able to evolve chansey if you have 50 candies
but the other pokemon you need to get items from pokestops to evolve them

No but Corsola and Heracross are easy to find in some countries but really rare in others

they changed it [MENTION=197]GypsyStar[/MENTION] so you no longer are guarenteed one from your 7th day stream but have more of a chance getting them from regular pokestop spins. i've already had 4 evolution items since they brought them out

'Pokémon GO' Event Next Week Features Pikachu In A Party Hat


The party hat Pikachu will be available in Pokémon GO from February 26 at 1:00 pm PST to March 6 at 1:00pm PST.

It's the same deal as the holiday event. You'll come across Pikachu in Pokémon GO that are wearing party hats. If you catch one, the hat remains forever, even if you evolve them into Raichu. There are no images of the mysterious "festive party hats," but I think we can all imagine what it'll look like.
