was just wondering which is the best to buy ? I hear fruitloops 12 is the best ?

Download the latest version of FL studio, just get it illegaly from a torrent site or a warez forum, no one needs to pay 400 dollars for software they can get free

then you're going to need to get an atleast 2 TB External Hardrive

Because you can't really make that travis scott sound with the standard FL studio plugins that come with it

the plugins that you're going to need to get Travis Scott style are like 500 GB plugins so you're going to need space

Nexus 2 and Omnisphere etc


you can get those for free very easy too online



and finally you will need a teacher, the best teacher is Busy Work Beats








He has a tutorial called Music Theory in a Day where he will teach you everything you need to learn about music theory in just a day, its very easy when you get it

Another question is you know how all over youtube you have all the 'Type Beats' well if i buy 1 of them or buy a beat online somewhere could i then bring it up on the beat making software & mess about with the beat & add my touches to it ?

Okay theres 2 ways in which I think u wanna do this

Yes u could download ANY song and sample it by taking the completed song the .mp3 file or .wav itself and sampling it and adding your own drums and what not and chopping it and stuff




but what I think what u might be reffering to is downloading the actual .flp file which is the file used for fruit loops studio , this way the exact way the beat maker made the beat will show up in fl studio, you will see the exact notes he used, the exact instruments, the exact drum pattern, and it will serve as a template , but u have to have the same exact plugins , the same drumkit etc as them for it to work

and to get the .flp file you have to ask the beat maker for it, most wont give it out of course , but someone like Busy Work Beats always gives the .flp file for all his tutorials so you can use it as a template
