I would , you could also work that 9 dollar an hour job and then get some side income making money onlike, so like if u work for like 8 hours, a day, u make like 70 bucks and then u make 35 dollars a day online, youd be making 100 a day, 3k a month something like that

I would work part time for $9 but not full time. There's better opportunities out there that start at $13-14/hr
