How do you isolate specific tweets??

You know how you want to show one and have it on its own page?? Its like sometimes I can get it and sometimes I cant ...

Do I have to know the tweet's number or something?

Go to the person's profile, for example: http://twitter.com/shanell_SnL

Then just under the 'tweet', you need to click on the 'about 6 hours ago' or '5:36 AM Dec 4th' etc
