u work in fast food? one more write up and u might get fired. a lil tip when u get those mad crazy customers, do not escalate, don't take it personal, fix the problem and make them happy. if u absolutely must respond to their insults you can just laugh in their face. But even that is risky.

People always try to bully me when they first get the job because I'm the smallest one until i start making them feel as dumb as they look. (Cuz usually most people do a horrible job at work and think they're doing alright)
