hmmm say they could hack Washington DC and turn off their power. just as a power statement. But they already hacked the Minneapolis PD website and kept it down for days. They could also keep their word on their threat and expose many cases of police brutality that were kept from the public, ignored and shelved without consequenses for the police officers involved.
