How to be a good manger
(In my experience of 168 hrs of being one)
You don’t need any witnesses in case things go south
These are the tips I’ve acquired as a week of being a manager. I can testify that they work because my shift is the best performing out of all 3 at the job I work at, and everyone wants to come to night crew instead of day

- Never get mad. In my experience, workers are more likely to wanna the work with you if you DONT rush them when they’re brand new, DONT clown them for the littlest mistake, and DONT make them do all the rubbing work just cuz their new. SHOW THEM step by step what you want them to do, CALMLY. So they will be more enthused to do it later.
- Smoke a blunt with your high functioning workers every couple of hours. Keeps the morale high. But If the worker moves slower while they’re high or doesn’t do anything during the shift don’t let them hit it.
- Only correct your worker one on one.

- Don’t have an attitude with any of your employees, just send them home they don’t wanna listen to you, and they back talking you? Oh you can go home then
- If you have couples working, and they work hard, let them fuck ina. Room where there’s no cameras. Again keeps the morale high
- If they show up one minute late fire them. I’m running a business here, tf? Can’t have you showing late. Do your fucking job ON TIME and I’ll give you time to when you can ass around later.
- If a coworker wants to fuck you, only do it if you’re gunna fire them later. No hard feelings.
- Never work with your significant other
- Never do any work. Let your employees do it. Your not paying them and smoking a blunt with them for nothing are you? If you have to do any work, or touch a SPECK or a dish, send everyone home and finish the shift yourself
- Test your employees. Leave and come back when it’s time to close to test them just to see if they can handle it on their own. But answer your phone if they call you. If you have to return, do some yelling when you get back to discourage them from calling you again so that will incline them to figure it out themselves if this happens again
