1. Inception
2. 12 Angry Men
3. Fight Club
One of my favorite films that didn’t make it to my top and which I watched recently is “The Crucible”, which is based on the famous play by Arthur Miller, which takes place during the Sallem trials of witches in 1692. The story begins with a group of young girls fleeing into the forest to perform a pagan ritual banned by their strict puritanical religious communities. I read very interesting essays about the play itself, about the history of its creation and about this historical period in particular, get more info here. After reading it, I really wanted to see this film, I did not regret it. An incredible film and an incredible play, which I advise you to go to the theater.
