  • do people actually like birdman or is it a meme? (serious)

I feel like I've liked a few verses, but I can't really sit through an album of his, never could actually. I did / do use his emote stickers on the forum but it's more for the forum memes you know? I don't actually look at him as someone to idolize or something. what is the actual thought on him here? obviously with the Wayne lawsuit/alleged murder attempt there's a lot of "wtf" that doesn't make sense to us too.

Hell yeah he a legend, he got one of the most lucrative deals ever with Universal back in the days. Started Cash Money, made Weezy the best rapper alive, looks super fly and rubs his hands in everybodies videos to assert his dominance, which is really when u think about it some real G shit.

He has so many great motivational speeches on YMCMB artists albums, he took the south by storm with Big Tymers, he is indirectly responsible for making sayings like ''Bling bling'' and ''Drop It Like it's Hot'' famous and he got five stars on his head... Which only makes it more believable that he really is the true 5 Star Stunna of this planet.

He doesn't rap, he makes ANTHEMS. He said it himself that he's not a rapper, he be talking fly boss shit. which makes u feel like a boss urself.

Him trying to kill Wayne was not cool tho, but I don't get why Wayne got mad about the money issues.. cuz we all knew how Baby didn't pay people.

Didnt Wayne sign a 3 year deal in 2008 and another 4 year deal in 2011?

i actually like his album "Priceless", he be saying the same things on every song but that album got some great songs, Fast Money and 5 Star Stunna also. And of course almost every song he's done with Weezy is a classic

was this him doing it genuinely or because of what Wayne could do for him? if Wayne couldn't rap, would he have done the same things? if Wayne left CM when everyone else did, would he have been good to him? I'm not trying to poke holes, just curious.

He did, however it's not "years" like in sports, it's albums from how I understand it. If not mistaken? IANAHB2 was his last album he needed to fill his contract. However he signed a two album deal but called it a "for life deal" (non legally binding)
