You gotta get past that first 30 minutes lol. ngl It took me months to finish watching it because every time I would I would start doing something else lol but when I finally did watch it I regretted not finishing it earlier. I might be overrating it a point but I implore you to watch it.

why is that?

Because this seems like something that could actually happen. Missing people not actually 'missing' but kidnapped and converted to learn a different way of living. The story completely subverted my expectations (in a good way) and the ending left my jaw on the floor. There's really nothing bad I can say about this film other than the slow beginning It's a 10/10 easily

I remember loving every single Harry Potter film as a kid except the last 2. Idk what it was but how it ended felt off. And wrong turn 1 is a classic. (And the one with the army dude) I gotta rewatch Harry Potter though. There’s something very addictive about that series

you shouldnt need to get past the first 30 mins to enjoy a film
the first 5 mins should be enough to get your attention
