Nobody will have over a 1.3 that plays against you to make it fair, and prestiges don't mean anything haha.

What do you mean? And with KD, prestiges do matter. That means even after going through all the time to prestige, they still kept their KD up.

lol, yeah but if it's only at a 1.3 it just means they consistent, not hella fucking good, at the 4th prestige if youre hella good you should be fuckin wit a 2.5 or some shit.

lol no offense but it really isnt hard to keep a good KD. on ps3 i am like 1.48 or somthing like that and i've prestiged a couple of time. just throwing that out there
