and is it hard to make one layout like this ?

You can get photoshop cs4 free on torrents, Gimp 2 is good too

but one question ...is photoshop cs4 hard to understand.... ähmz....complicated ?
and can you make with this program effects ind the background around weezy or ?

I made that one for Jaime and no it's not that hard, I'm not that good at it but I keep making them to get better. It is quite simple to do it if you are able to cut Wayne off of a background or you use a ready cut one off a site like officialpsds.com

You just need to read tutorials about how to use photoshop cs4 if you download it and learn how to use the software.

i will try it with a picture from this site & pimp this with gimp
and professional layouts makes a user for me
but maybe i will be do it in the future by myselft

When i try running it it says its unable to because the aif_core.dll can't be found
