just pop in a 14g, I went from 14g to 6g in 1 stretch awhile back...didnt hurt.

i dunno what the measurement is in gauges but both my ears are 13/14mm

I was up to 1in. for the longest time but then i took them out and let them close up a little and now i'm at 5/8 in.
