you have to upload a picture on photobucket or any other picture website than copy the IMG Code go to User Control Panel - Profile - Edit Signature - than paste the IMG Code in to there hope i helped

Also, find the picture, right click it, then open it in some image editing software. Sometimes the pics are big as shit and you need to resize them before you upload it so they dont strech the board.
