you should feel pretty normal after 3-5 hours and red eyes should be gone by then too, but it all depends on how strong the weed is youll be smokin

and if you dont want to be seen with red eyes you should keep em closed lol, naw just dont think about it and stay in your zone

its 50/50 if you will feel anything anyway...some people dont feel anything the first time doing it, thats how it was with me
