most vendors with good rep will ask new buyers to finalize early so the payment gets released to them.

lol u dont want a cheap bitcoin seller, that would be a scam. u basically have to buy from there oh and bitcoin-24 is pretty good if you need them fast because they have more options to buy (with a small fee doe). only buy from legit sources like those 2 tho.
