i feel you, the only reason i wanted it to pass is for more states to open to Medical Marijuana.

It should be ILLEGAL for recreational use. But all states should have medical marijuana under federal law.

i only voted no cause i don't want the government to have full control of weed. if people in cali want to smoke so bad legally, then just get a medical card. it's easy. you can be 18 and not 21, & you can carry more than just one oz. If the government started controlling it, they'd manufacture mass quantities of weed in factories like they do everything else, adding whatever they want to it, making it as unnaturally grown as possible. (& that's just what i think would happen over a period of time) plus, i don't want my weed taxed up the ass.
