Some shit I bought from karmaloop arrived today, turns out they gave me the wrong sized Vans Hoodie, I ordered a medium and got a XL in return But I was surprised that the duties and customs only turned out to be $20.

If you write an e-mail to their Customer Service Dept., you should get taken care of. I've had a couple of issues lately with them and PLNDR, and all it took was a message to them to get it ironed out, plus they'll give you a promo code every time.
