Re: How much is your mortgage?

shit....i have a condo of my own here in Indy and I pay soooooooooo much a month....700 not with ANY utilities... add gas, water, electric, DSL, cable, etc and we're lookin at 1200-1500/month....even though I make decent money (55k-75k a year) for a 21 year old, I still feel like I'll NEVER have enough to save up for other shit....Bills suck people....they really do....But I really shouldn't complain...it could be ALOT worse...

Why 55 - 75, so you don't even know how much you get paid
For that amount you'd be on a salary per year or per month as well lol

I'd be getting myself a salary sorted under contract if I was you, they could just flop and pay you like 10k for this year LOL

Oh an nah it wasn't an attack, it was more me being suprised cause that's not a small amount of money per year really and you never mentioned it was on commision lol

Its actually for the most part very consistent....I mean when I first started it was rough but everything's pretty much evened itself out. I wish I was on salary though!

Yeah salary is dope, I mean no matter what I get the amount of money it says in my contract...Unless I get a pay rise then I have to sign a new contract LOL

is rent/homeownership more costly in the states (excluding huge homes, we're talking average homes) or more costly where you guys are at overseas? I'm curious... :suprised:

More here in the UK, but it really depends on your area, where I live it's like one of the most expensive in the UK but if we moved we could get double the size of our house now for the same price.

I have relatives in the USA and they had quite a big house here but when they moved they got some big ass house on the edge of Chicago but they cost no different lol

I'm going to need to save up for a car first as I have no intentions on fixing up my Cadillac and would prefer something with a better MPG like the Honda Civic. The good thing is that the card with the biggest balance rests at $700 so It shouldn't be hard paying those suckers off, bad thing though is that I'll only have $125 for Valentines and the rest of the week...I guess I can make it work.
I think you've forgot about the interest rates that come with not paying off cards on time

But damn $185 ain't a lot for a week, I think at my job I make roughly 10x that a week
I feel for you not having a lot bro
DAMN! Homie, you really make $9,275 a month? Where you work at?
$185 is low, but ain't bad for unemployment. I would only make about double if I got a job.

I pay them on time, what I said was that I was thinking of paying my cards off instead of paying the minimum balance.

A bit less than that I just roughly worked out converting £ to $ in my head haha but I work in computer programming
If you work in a professional industry that specialises in something so not a store and shit then you make loads more.
And yeah if you don't pay them off on time they'll charge you more and more like each day or week
