Can Someone re-size this for a cell phone wallpaper ( specifically Motorola droid )

Also if there is anyway to remove the tags on these so i can use as a wallpaper

Thanks but i don't get it , i Can put this as my wallpaper by cutting off a little of the sides on my phone but when i try to use the resize pic it still doesn't fit & is the same size still .
