just photoshop mate, not as hard as you think create 2 layers of your pic, put top one in black and white, cut out the cars so the yellow show through, and position the pictures whilst holding down CTRL to creative perspective, then add any text etc!!!

Even when you say it was easy.. never saw some cool Wallpaper of Wayne like this. Good job. I would be very happy when you could do one in 1650x1050 4 me .. coz the other dont fit
