whats the best easy to use image editing software for beginners? does anyone know?
i tried photoshop cs5 and it was way too complicated for me
i wanna start making my own gfx since cover requests are often in vain

To be honest, you dont want to really use anything but PS. It takes a while to understand but you just have to mess around with it. Don't go into it expecting to make great work right off the bat.
You could use MS Paint but there really isnt a whole lot you can do with that other than add bad text lol.
