What do you do for your gradients? Is it a certain color or layers of different colors set on different settings?

What do you do for your gradients? Is it a certain color or layers of different colors set on different settings?

What I do is I just play around with different colours, play around with the blending options. Lower opacity most the time so they aren't too powerful, and just keep playing around until' I get something I'm happy with.
