Big Sean one just doesn't look right to me, looks like a poorly cut psd has just been slapped over the top. With everything else being blurry the pic needs to be a bit as well or at least just smudged slightly around the edge of it to lower the contrast between the background and the pic.

The J.Cole one is a lot better and I really like that one. I don't have anything to criticise on it, nice job.
