Add some light....that text doesn't look to good.. Maybe add some C4D's in the corners...or a brush?

I like the smudge/blur effect though.

Thanks Tune. Yeah The Text Was Just There Because It Looked Very Blank, I'm Gonna Change The Corners Later With Some C4D's I Found. I Didn't Want To Add That Much Light Because It Makes It Hard To See The Smudging, Thanks For The Feed Though ... I Just Need To Get Back Into Photoshop
