Need help at resizing pictures in Photoshop... How do i resize a big image like 1000x1200 to something like 320x480 and not make it look stupid? And same way for 150x150...

So whats the best tools in Photoshop to resize? Btw it's Photoshop CS5

I make a "new" and write the size in that I want. After that I drag the pic in the new created blank image 'till it fits. (and maybe cut a little of the sides or somethin' if it don't fit perfect).

You could always use Microsoft Office Picture Manager for simple cropping and re-sizing.

What I do is just open the image, change the scale and change canvas size.
Then add a gradient map or something and you're done.

Btw, adding the black and white border is pretty easy.
