IMO the last thing they look like is low quality? they are shiny and probably better quality than your avys. I do see they looks weird but i dont know how to fit it...

And YT when i check the box i can't insert a 150x150 in the box above, that's why i dont use it. It automatically makes weird sizes instead.

Try resetting your Photoshop!

If i check Constrain Proportions and enter 150 in the first field it automatically inserts 161 in the next one

When you open PS, and click new make the document even sizes like this.
