I know what your trying to say, but no it is not the same.
When you take another artists PS'd work and slap a text and PA logo that's ripping.
When you take a non-PS picture and slap a text and PA logo that's designing.
If someone googled an image and saw your cover put some text on it you would be PO'd right?
Same concept.
