I have Ps Cs3... you can do ALOT. I'm
tryna get into sigs; MarsBars' helpin me
out but you can even google or youtube

photoshop da way to go. and there arnt effects where ucan jst click and it does t 4 u. u gotta do wat u want using blending modes etc. i can help u if u get photoshop i can help ya start its a hard program 2 use at start but after u kno watchu doin, its all good. if u get it let me kno ill give u som tuts

to start off Photoshop is too complicated i would suggest something like GIMP to get used with doin sigs then advance to photoshop.

yea tru and gimp is free. but i juz started on photoshop i downloaded gump for like a day and did not like 1 bit of it. photoshop all da way der similar though if u can use gimp u can use photoshop.

yes renders are cut out pngs or psds.
