You could just add some effects on Wayne like on this picture.

I didn't make this.

And I think Wayne is too bright. You might want to add some Gradient Maps and/or change some other settings.

It's not much which have to be done, just blend it a lil better, and do what Woocky said, then it could turn out pretty good...
