Stolen cover design

So recently I was contacted by a rapper named June, asking me to design a cover for him. I charged him $20 and sent him the cover with a watermark on it so he wouldn't use it without paying. Now he is claiming they decided to use another designers cover and not mine. Well I saw the cover they posted, and I know for a fact it is mine. They took my cover and darkened it so the watermark could not be seen. Can you guys tell this is my cover?

What if they just used the same picture? Not saying they didn't steal it, just gotta keep options open before you acuse him of it

If they are selling it w/o your permission threaten to sue for copyright infringement if they don't pay.
All you need is the original PSD and if they can not suffice their original PSD then you will win.

If they are not selling it I dont think their is much you can do... least you learn a lesson now..always make the watermark DARK.

I can still see part of your logo on theres, if you tilt your screen back you can still see the pixelated 'E' under the girls armpit.

Yea I informed him that I don't really are cause its only $20 but that its funny that some small time rapper that claims to be big cant afford a $20 mixtape cover.
