A few things....dont get offended just trying to help!
-I can look at your sig and point out the different layers....generally that isnt a good thing because that means you haven't blended everything together enough. Try using more layers and playing with the settings a little more.
-The text is really awkward.....the vertical orientation is good but I feel like it's a little too separated from the Wayne pic. Also, the font doesn't really fit....just try another one!
-Dont use C4D's so much(if you are!). Work more with stock photos and try putting those over top of the original picture, playing with the layer settings, etc. If you don't get what I'm saying i can help you sometime.

I welcome the criticism mate only way people get better, thanks for the feed back will keep these things in mind try adjust a little and if I do i'll repost it! Cheers mate.

I like the stripes on the right and the circles look pretty fine.
It's just the blue and pink effects that are very weird. Try playing more with different c4d's. I know it can be hard to find the right one.
Oh, and change the font.

Played about with it tonight, normally find that if I leave something and come back to it the day after I normally make pretty good improvements... Anyway took into consideration some of the stuff you guys said, and just went with the flow added what I felt was right.... Let me know what ya think of the new one!

Text is way better imo.
Looks cool but it looks like there's missing something.
