Im going to be totally honest here and say it looks really amateur. Take this one back to the drawing board.....

I dont mean to be harsh but the only way I ever got DECENT at GFX years ago was because people straight out told me my stuff was shitty i didnt like it at the time but I wouldn't be where I am now without the criticism.

And I don't think it's necessary to add bevel and emboss to that bar/stripe.
