Well, I have this picture here, that I want to put on facebook.

But, no where can I find a photo editor that will let me like put a shine on the diamond ( on my earring).

And, I know there are some pretty talented people on here, so if someone could help me out and just put like a "shine" effect on the earring, that out be great!
