Alot of people only use there C4D one and try to place it a pretty good spot to match your stock. Dont do that. Use your c4d multiple times add different ones. Visualize a specific side or part of the stock and just erase what you dont like and bring in another one for the other side etc. Play with the effects and see one which looks to the best of your liking. Remember when picking a c4d the background color of the C4D and the background of your stock should be similar in color ex: Dark Backgrounds. White Backgrounds..Anything the best result will be if there the same. They blend perfectly.
Another tip: As you see in the video pick a random color and just paint bucket that bitch play with effects and opacity it helps blends the whole image. And you can even stack different colors to make different effects.
