The pic is good but i think the gradient colours dont match and their too bright.
Lower it down work with the background and do something with Wayne. Watch some smudging tutorials it will help you quite alot.
And the font is a little low quality? But still i can see what your trying to get with this pic just keep working on your Skills and youll get better as you go alon.
