Go to a website like Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket or similar. Make an account, upload you picture and once you have done this it will give you a URL for the image, or you can get it in the IMG tags already. Copy and paste this code into your profile where there is a space for Signature.

If you only have the URL make sure you put IMG tags on which are [ IMG ] URL [ / IMG ] (but with no spaces at all)
