If you reduce the scale, the pic will be better quality.
If you sharpen up some edges and focus-areas, I think it'll look way better.

Btw, try that light textures packs from Jinglewaffle. Set them to lighten, color dodge, soft light etc. and erase the parts you don't want. Just play with it.
