It's good but looks unfinished imo.
Drake looks nice except his eye. Some kinda red thing over it?
Background is nearly complete, but it's missing something. Add some textures to add depth and fill the empty areas

And delete that red glow on his arm. Doesn't fit at all.
I think the red dots and the purple-ish gradient map make it look a bit low quality. Use a bigger stock for the red dots and decrease the size, or use this one (decreased) twice or trice until the quality is good.
