Yeah, but I think it's a bit weird to add Tyga and Chris, and not Wayne.
Like Wayne isn't really important. And I would put the PA logo in the lower corner though.

But the cover itself is nice.

And I don't think it fits. You also added an outer shadow, so it looks kinda weird.
Pay attention to the light source when adding a shadow.
