Could somebody with any sort of editing/PhotoShop skills please take this picture and make it into a sig for me? Like maybe just size it down, put a cool effect/border on it, and some text? "Lil B" would be fine.

Okay how about this, can somebody just resize the image and make it into a sig for me? Forget the text or the effect lol.
