Question.. (Need Some Cover Help)!!

So I'm new to editing covers / album pictures. I used to use Photoshop but now I just use free online photo editors. I need to have this done by the end of the night. And I'm trying to figure out how to do 2 simple things. Where can I go to do this!?

1. Put the parental advisory logo on the front
2. Blend 2 pictures..

that's it.. please help!!

And then put a parental advisory on this..

Open the cover in PS and also open the parental picture in photoshop

you can then either simply drag the advisory sign into the cover or go to image > image size and resize it then drag it in and move it where appropriate.

tip:
(Windows > Arrange > Float in all windows ) if you want them side by side to work with


Blending is also easy, maybe use a tutorial as it's kinda long to explain without pictures..so i'd just use a tut online as it'd be way more informative
