I'm sure you can find a Torrent to download PhotoShop Portable version. Can't upload mine atm.

If you got PS, any version (I prefer CS4), I recommend you to watch a lot of tutorials on YouTube. Try different ones, like lighting, text effects, filters, etc. They taught me a lot and still do!
