Question on a stylus (wacom)

Should I buy a wacom tablet? Like what can I do with it? Is that what people use to make the D4 covers?

My Sister has a Wacom Tablet can't say much about it tho it was a cheap model about $70 I think maybe more or a bit less but it an okay model she still using it today after 2years or so She wants an better model now but it like $1000 so she gonna have to find a cheaper one LOL but to your question she uses it to draw on photoshop & other drawing apps on the PC

That's crazy bro! I need to step my vector/drawing game up... just wish there was a tutorial some where so id know where to start lol
