Yeah I see, thanks... how long does it take you to do a vector? It is time consuming right?

Doing this in Illustrator is much easier. And check some tut's on YouTube, they really help.

Yeah very time consuming. I guess the more detail you want to add the more time and effort you have to dedicate to it. Just keep practicing and you will figure new techniques out and you will improve over time

If you made this in Photoshop this isn't actually a vector you know. Photoshop works with pixels and Illustrator works with vectors. Many people think that a vector is just a style or something but its not lol. The best things about vectors is that you can resize them without decreasing the quality, if you make a pixel image bigger it will decrease the quality, a vector image will keep the same quality. Just so you know haha. I recommend using illustrator too, It is a bit hard when you start, especially when your used to Photoshop, but when your used to it, it will be much better and quicker! As @Woocky said check youtube for tuts! BTW this "vector" is very good!

Yah, I thought the same. I had to use illustrator for school and thought it would be easy since I already knew photoshop. I am now used to illustrator and can make some work with it, but my vector faces are still shit lol this one looks beter than I have ever made lol
